@Anon365 assuming people will not just leave the country driving a much less efficient and costlier green car. Not to mention there’s a black market of course, so you’ll still see people having non green cars. Unless you ban them but that’s even worse with worse effects.

Carbon tax is garbage too, all@it does is raise prices for consumers and give more money to the government who are not real wealth generators to use on things that probably will not help

How exactly did it work in Norway and Sweden? Is it that reason why cars are so expensive there.

@sɪᴅɪsɴᴏᴛʜᴇʀᴇ I don't think they would completely ban traditional cars. I think the plan should be to drive up the cost of traditional cars, not ban them. People would be able to keep their car that they have now. There would be a point where half of the cars are dirty, and half are clean. The prices for cleaner cars will drop and essentially replace today's prices for traditional cars because of innovation and competition. Green cars will also become much more efficient than today.
