History isnt important to those people though. So, unless you want to stand in front of every mob, you will just have to deal with it. If it awakens the people there is no better of a sacrifice. At least the statues arent alive. If they start attacking (actual attacks like stabbing and shooting into our rallies) our men or women because they look at them as a "nazi" then we have a bigger problem.

I can't bring myself to root for history being destroyed. Our people waking up means a lot to me. I feel however if we let her history be destroyed in the process we lose Who We Are.

Well, literally stop getting caught up on that. Because they are just hunks of stone and brass. They are a part of history but, regardless of what you want, they are being taken away.
