Puerto Rico is a US territory. Yes Trump did send supplies and food for them but it want enough after hurricane Maria. Or was literally decimated. Most of the island did not have power for weeks. And just recently they were hit with a 4.5 earthquake and several aftershocks. I haven't heard of the Trump administration providing relief efforts of this eIther.

Their country is in massive debt we will not let them default on, nor will we allow them to become a state and absorb that debt nor will we allow them to become independent. And we could not even help them out in a serious crisis. We gave them pittance and then went "well that should be enough."
