as in
commies
If you think Bernie is a communist, you have less political awareness than conservatives who bitch and complain about socialism without having a fragment of a clue as to what socialism is and represents. This is not open for debate for I have decreed it
bernie certainly refuses to distance himself from actual stalinists
@Shattered and Trump refuses to distance himself from actual Neo-Nazis. What's your point?
Plus at least Bernie doesn't call Communist's "very fine people." Especially after they murder someone.
Tulis had David Duke eyeing her up because of her anti-intervention stance. Politicians can't help who likes them.
Also, in a recent poll before the Iowa caucus, Bernie beats Trump by the widest margin than any other candidate in *Texas* of all places.
Bernie in power...
Oh dear
Get ready for more 2008 part 2
Well tbf trumps been doing the same
It'll only get worse...
Bbc holding the telly tubbies ransom lol
They are increasing the tv licence fee in England by £3 a year
and making it so that even older people need to pay it because they are going under
The ego on this man
Bernie in power making sure people aren't going bankrupt from medical bills and keeping Wall Street in check is going to cause 2008 all over again?
"Keeping wall street in check"
How well has that been going since 1929?
Also if Bernie wanted to make sure people aren't going bankrupt from medical bills maybe he should talk about dismantling the FDA
Instead he's just going to cause a shortage of treatment
Not so well considering all the lobbyists in Washington. If only there was a candidate running right now who doesn't take any sort of large donations or corporate pack money....
I'm reminded of the insulin scandal, wherein the price was raised to such an unnecessary level just because they could.
Lobbyists work with government
Someone who ain't bought and paid for by the system.
The lobbyists cant do anything if you take away the governments power to dish out special favours
A company rasing the price of insulin wouldn't be an issue if the government wasn't handing out patents for these companies which creates monopolies
Also you could buy insulin from walmart for like $25 right?
The price spike youre talking about effected insurance
I dunno. I'm in Canada. My stuff is mostly covered.
I agree with that sentiment about the insulin. Not to mention most of the drugs are funded by tax payer grants yet we don't get any rights to the drugs once they are manufactured.
Yeah drug companies shouldn't be funded by tax
Are there any researchers actively working on an actual cure for diabetes, or did they just say "we have insulin, good enough?"
Also the insane price of drugs in America can easily be put down to the FDA and patents in the medical industry
