I know, it just amuses me that my teachers never figured out I was doing my homework 'my way' and my school work the way they were trying to teach me

Finally got fed up at one point and told them 'I'm fucking left handed, that's why my work is uneven you moron' and I got sent to the office

I wanted to go into baseball. My stepdad put me in the age group above though cause he wanted to coach

Hated it cause all the other girls were way beyond my skill level

Finally got a teacher that realized 'hey, her work is neater if she writes left-handed' and let me write lefty the next year. (Special education was so much fun *sarcasm implied*)

I don't understand why they wouldn't just let you write with your left though. Like I get that left handed isn't common but it's not like it's unheard of

Now they just let kids write with whatever hand they are comfortable. Makes sense to me

They didn't catch on till I told them I was doing my homework left handed and that's why my writing in school was a mess

cause you can't force someone to write with the hand they're not used to writing with

i had a teacher that forcefully learnt to write with her right hand as she was a lefty, so she can do everything good with her left hand, but she can't write. at the same time her handwriting sucked cause she wrote with her right hand which wasn't as strong

if they tell you to use your right hand, use it to flip them instead
