@insanelyvain shadow banning usually means being banned in a way that you're not blocked from talking but nobody else sees your contributions

well, basically the difference is the person has no idea they're banned until somebody actually tells them @insanelyvain

but in bigger communities nobody can tell them because they're shadow banned, so they don't actually show up in threads
