I used to get the sleep paralysis because I was constantly depressed and exhausted
So unless you're depressed and exhausted I wouldn't worry
In the spirit guide thing it came to me in the form of a girl with raven black hair and shiny red eyes
Night everyone...errr... *leaves bedroom light on* lol
I have my insomnia under a certain amount of control. It's not out of hand like it was back then.
Felt quite comforting in the moment actually
LOL night peachy luv
Apparently a lot of people see similar things
I wonder why that is 🤔
yeah, the shadow people are quite common
Argued either a manifestation of our subconscious or something more
So is the old lady
Id argue both
And the slender man looking mofo
Just being a child that use to keep her eyes open in dark rooms watching things move and change i chock shadow people up to how our eyes just b doing things when we're tired
And in dark rooms
Man
lol...oh if you only knew what I am going to do to the Slenderman in my novel. He is going to be one of the most epic characters I have ever created.
Stare at a dark wall long enough starts morphing
Ngl I was a total bitch about the dark till I was 10 or 11
I always loved the dark hehe
See the thing with me
My mom and I started watching horror movies when I was four years old 😄
I never felt a specific way to it but some rooms i didnt like to be in alone in the dark
That old apartment was wack
When I was 5 I think my mother forced me to watch a psycho horror
Some weird shit in der
Oop
And it scared the fuck out of me
forced you?
Well kinda
If a child cannot handle it then she shouldn't have done that
I asked them to change the channel cuz it was scary
And they didn't
Lol my mom was watching supernatural once when i was like 5 and she told me to come watch with her it wasn't that bad
So I sit down and no more than 10 seconds later a guy frikin explodes
Nor did they put me to bed
I don't know what the film was called
But I remember the plot vaguely
my mom cuddled me and told me it wasn't real. I was always a really logical kid. She explained it was just like a fairytale. So in that context, no matter what I saw I was safe.
So my mom and I share a love for horror and thrillers.
