These horrible experiences you guys have with sleep paralysis

2020-01-16 05:02:03 UTC

Come to think of it both experiences i had were in the same room of that old apartment

2020-01-16 05:02:05 UTC

the sleep paralysis experiences?

2020-01-16 05:02:32 UTC

@Sassy Peach I wouldn't call it horrible

2020-01-16 05:02:38 UTC

Just disturbing

2020-01-16 05:02:42 UTC

One time it was a woman and the other time it was a man that looked like my dad

2020-01-16 05:03:13 UTC

Oh man I remember having a lucid dream about my dad

2020-01-16 05:03:56 UTC

He wanted me to pick him up from the airport here so I could find him a job 😂

2020-01-16 05:04:11 UTC

Once i did a find your spirit guide meditation type shit off youtube
And the name mine gave me was actually a deamons name
Which i didnt learn til later when it turns out after what was a weird mental night for me in a vc w some friends they also had weird dreams of it

2020-01-16 05:04:21 UTC

Ahaha

2020-01-16 05:04:24 UTC

I need to try to sleep now without having nightmares lol

2020-01-16 05:04:36 UTC

Lol

2020-01-16 05:04:46 UTC

I'm a little fucked up. After I awoke from it- I found that I ENJOYED it. I am a horror aficionado to maybe a certain disturbing degree. I haven't had an experience like that since. I kinda want another one but I would have to put myself though a lot of pain to do so. I know the catalyst of why I had the experience in the first place.

2020-01-16 05:04:52 UTC

Azazel i think it was

2020-01-16 05:05:06 UTC

I used to get the sleep paralysis because I was constantly depressed and exhausted

2020-01-16 05:05:36 UTC

So unless you're depressed and exhausted I wouldn't worry

2020-01-16 05:05:37 UTC

In the spirit guide thing it came to me in the form of a girl with raven black hair and shiny red eyes

2020-01-16 05:05:41 UTC

Night everyone...errr... *leaves bedroom light on* lol

2020-01-16 05:05:55 UTC

I have my insomnia under a certain amount of control. It's not out of hand like it was back then.

2020-01-16 05:05:59 UTC

Felt quite comforting in the moment actually

2020-01-16 05:06:01 UTC

LOL night peachy luv

2020-01-16 05:06:31 UTC

Apparently a lot of people see similar things

2020-01-16 05:06:44 UTC

I wonder why that is 🤔

2020-01-16 05:06:55 UTC

yeah, the shadow people are quite common

2020-01-16 05:07:25 UTC

Argued either a manifestation of our subconscious or something more

2020-01-16 05:07:26 UTC

So is the old lady

2020-01-16 05:07:38 UTC

Id argue both

2020-01-16 05:07:41 UTC

And the slender man looking mofo

2020-01-16 05:08:32 UTC

Just being a child that use to keep her eyes open in dark rooms watching things move and change i chock shadow people up to how our eyes just b doing things when we're tired

2020-01-16 05:08:43 UTC

And in dark rooms

2020-01-16 05:08:50 UTC

Man

2020-01-16 05:08:56 UTC

lol...oh if you only knew what I am going to do to the Slenderman in my novel. He is going to be one of the most epic characters I have ever created.

2020-01-16 05:08:59 UTC

Stare at a dark wall long enough starts morphing

2020-01-16 05:09:14 UTC

Ngl I was a total bitch about the dark till I was 10 or 11

2020-01-16 05:09:22 UTC

Lol

2020-01-16 05:09:24 UTC

I always loved the dark hehe

2020-01-16 05:09:37 UTC

See the thing with me

2020-01-16 05:09:44 UTC

My mom and I started watching horror movies when I was four years old 😄

2020-01-16 05:09:45 UTC

I never felt a specific way to it but some rooms i didnt like to be in alone in the dark

2020-01-16 05:09:50 UTC

That old apartment was wack

2020-01-16 05:10:12 UTC

When I was 5 I think my mother forced me to watch a psycho horror
