I have very conflicted feelings about pitying Kai for being a victim. On one hand, I understand what it is like to be in that mindset and how hard it is to get out. On the other hand, I left. @Syenite I try to think about if they hadn't met greg. In their younger age they did display extremely obsessive and otherwise inappropriate behavior as well, moreso than most her age typically exhibit. I really wonder how it would have manifested without greg as an outlet to it
