EITHER ONE OF THEM IS NICE TO LIVE ON

2020-02-02 13:05:21 UTC

If you're a skilled tradesman, you're still lower class and the lower class is growing

2020-02-02 13:05:38 UTC

Bruh

2020-02-02 13:05:42 UTC

but the fact rent is often upwards of $900 in the middle of nowhere is insane

2020-02-02 13:05:55 UTC

900 pshh

2020-02-02 13:06:01 UTC

earn a skill get money, invest, work up the ladder

2020-02-02 13:06:03 UTC

900 is on the lower end yeah

2020-02-02 13:06:08 UTC

in a big city, yes

2020-02-02 13:06:10 UTC

Is that for an apartment?

2020-02-02 13:06:11 UTC

in a countryside, not at all

2020-02-02 13:06:13 UTC

Thankfully I know a guy that does rent for $600 on his apartments

2020-02-02 13:06:15 UTC

Ya Iโ€™m in Cali 1900$ a month man

2020-02-02 13:06:17 UTC

It won't be long until the managerial people and fiscal experts are deemed lower class as well because of the ever expanding region of poverty and the ever rising prices

2020-02-02 13:06:25 UTC

When I get settled in enough may hit him up

2020-02-02 13:06:27 UTC

thats why i said "the middle of nowhere"

2020-02-02 13:06:29 UTC

For 2 beds though

2020-02-02 13:06:36 UTC

$800 is normal here for 2 bedroom house

2020-02-02 13:06:40 UTC

im sitting pretty ngl , and im after brexit day ๐Ÿ˜„

2020-02-02 13:06:49 UTC

america is VERY big

2020-02-02 13:06:55 UTC

I pay 450 for rent in the middle of nowhere. For a room

2020-02-02 13:07:03 UTC

And that's cheap

2020-02-02 13:07:06 UTC

lol

2020-02-02 13:07:11 UTC

I've rented an entire house for $450 here

2020-02-02 13:07:20 UTC

decent house, not the best, but decent

2020-02-02 13:07:44 UTC

It doesn't matter how good you are at your skill, even if you are a world class worker, if you're a tradesman you're screwed. The only real way to get up the ladder is paying hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of college education, or being personal friends with a big shot CEO or corporate leader

2020-02-02 13:07:49 UTC

You can never in a million years rent a house for 450 here

2020-02-02 13:07:50 UTC

America also accepts immigrants so thatโ€™s more people here

2020-02-02 13:07:54 UTC

you can buy mansions in some states for 200k and you cant get a good apartment in some cities for 200k

2020-02-02 13:08:13 UTC

@Hazard Pluto tell that to the 7 trades man I know who are earning a shit ton. have a great house ,car and family

2020-02-02 13:08:15 UTC

And if you deny any of that, you're just lost in an idealist fantasy

2020-02-02 13:08:16 UTC

Most rooms of the size I have are 500-600

2020-02-02 13:08:17 UTC

that's why landlords buying up cheap real estate and marking it up is so dangerous

2020-02-02 13:08:41 UTC

I used to study electrics, i know them personaly ๐Ÿ˜„ they fine mate they dont need a whitennight

2020-02-02 13:08:41 UTC

they'll buy a huge strip of condos that are $300 mortage and charge $3000

2020-02-02 13:08:53 UTC

London is also overcrowded

2020-02-02 13:08:55 UTC

turns the working class on its head

2020-02-02 13:09:03 UTC

yes overcrowding definitely justifies high rent

2020-02-02 13:09:18 UTC

There is literally more people here than my damn country

2020-02-02 13:09:37 UTC

Not gonna lie, I almost became an apprentice with the IBEW. Sure it started low, but if you stayed long enough, that shit payed fucking *good*

2020-02-02 13:09:45 UTC

2020-02-02 13:09:51 UTC
