Ya Iโm in Cali 1900$ a month man
It won't be long until the managerial people and fiscal experts are deemed lower class as well because of the ever expanding region of poverty and the ever rising prices
When I get settled in enough may hit him up
thats why i said "the middle of nowhere"
For 2 beds though
$800 is normal here for 2 bedroom house
im sitting pretty ngl , and im after brexit day ๐
america is VERY big
I pay 450 for rent in the middle of nowhere. For a room
And that's cheap
lol
I've rented an entire house for $450 here
decent house, not the best, but decent
It doesn't matter how good you are at your skill, even if you are a world class worker, if you're a tradesman you're screwed. The only real way to get up the ladder is paying hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of college education, or being personal friends with a big shot CEO or corporate leader
You can never in a million years rent a house for 450 here
America also accepts immigrants so thatโs more people here
you can buy mansions in some states for 200k and you cant get a good apartment in some cities for 200k
@Hazard Pluto tell that to the 7 trades man I know who are earning a shit ton. have a great house ,car and family
And if you deny any of that, you're just lost in an idealist fantasy
Most rooms of the size I have are 500-600
I used to study electrics, i know them personaly ๐ they fine mate they dont need a whitennight
they'll buy a huge strip of condos that are $300 mortage and charge $3000
London is also overcrowded
turns the working class on its head
yes overcrowding definitely justifies high rent
There is literally more people here than my damn country
Not gonna lie, I almost became an apprentice with the IBEW. Sure it started low, but if you stayed long enough, that shit payed fucking *good*
@_Triffle exactly
And it was about a 3 year rampup
I plan on becoming an instructor
you never run out of work either, people allways break shut
shitttt
before it became remotely self sustainable. THe only reason I had to drop was because the IBEW couldn't find me work and I could of afforded the books in time
And that is getting to be in increasing demand
Now i'm debating on taking up welding and moving to TX or something
be careful with welding
it's quickly becoming oversaturated
That's the excuse they give you for replacing you for a lower paying replacement
Don't think you mean anything to the big shots who do the financial management
They see a way to save money and they'll take it
