I didnt used to get headaches

But I started getting them frequently

i might host my own MC server at some point

Only thing about it that bothers me is that it gets worse if I am moving around

If I sit or lay down it almost goes away

But then comes back 1000% as soon as I stand up

Then slowly returned over the course of 30 seconds

sounds stress related

It was really weird

i had that a few times too

get a headache, cant see, cant hear

but i can stand

within 5 seconds its gone

Only time I feel light headed is when I have like

A stretch

Just light headedness for me

sometimes when I have a particularly good stretch I get lightheaded and almost pass out

It's like a once every 3 year occurrence tho
