Idk what causes my headaches

their is a thing called suicide headachess

They've been less lately

Could be I got gluten poisoned

My sister gets migraines when she has gluten

But at the same time it seems maybe more like tension headaches

It's usually bunched up to the front of my head

And when I get up and move it gets 50x's worse

I never get headaches

But lately I feel an almost constant light headed feeling

I noticed wanking 10 times a day gets rid of headaches or is that boner i get confused

But I started getting them frequently

Only thing about it that bothers me is that it gets worse if I am moving around
