Zoe Quinn published an allegation about a fellow game dev to social media (dunno whether it's true or not) causing him to be cancelled and fired. He took his own life a few days later. After that, a lot of her allegations were called into question by various people. Also, DC hired her to write for them, and this was all *after* this incident, so now people are joking that if you want to get a job at DC, just do some manslaughter.
