I made voice activity blue and stopped the push to talk

There are several ways to shut down the app
When you want to completely exit the discord app you can look in your system tray lower right hand corner of your display

I am running Windows 7 as ell

Click that symbol to see what is running. Right click the discord icon then select "quit discord"
