I don't think that's illegal but I'll look into it for you

2018-12-08 01:25:16 UTC

It's legal unless they use it for commercial purposes (or as before, they take it of something illegal)

2018-12-08 01:25:42 UTC

ah

2018-12-08 01:26:15 UTC

a guy friend-ish said that she was on her period this week and i should ignore it all

2018-12-08 01:27:28 UTC

A period doesn't excuse you of that behaviour. Yes, for some girls it can make them cranky, and be pretty damn painful, but that doesn't excuse threatening to harm or rape someone

2018-12-08 01:27:31 UTC

he also said that the sex thing was a joke and i shouldnt get offended and that boys cant be raped as i would like it anyways

2018-12-08 01:27:58 UTC

i called him out on him saying that

2018-12-08 01:28:19 UTC

Whether that was meant to be a joke idk, but it's in poor taste and he's wrong on the latter part

2018-12-08 01:28:46 UTC

a girl next to him bitched him out

2018-12-08 01:29:14 UTC

he also said that males cant have mental trama and there was a verbal war zone

2018-12-08 01:30:13 UTC

Sounds fun

2018-12-08 01:33:36 UTC

But yea... If she's gonna continue to make you feel uncomfortable mate, and don't seem able to distance yourself or make her stop by simply telling her, a teacher is definitely the way to go (if it keeps going after that then oof, but it's the next step). I hope it stops so you can be at peace in your learning environment

2018-12-08 01:33:51 UTC

@InsaneCaterpilla sorry, i was getting my mom her drinks and getting myself a pie so i was afk

2018-12-08 01:34:29 UTC

ehhh, she gets yelled at my staff nearly daily idk if i need to add

2018-12-08 01:36:06 UTC

I'm sure she does but not about the things she's said to you. Someone needs to make her understand that what she's doing isn't acceptable, and the person to do that is an adult

2018-12-08 01:36:32 UTC

today it took this
Teacher: what rhymes with shrimp
her: pimp
Teacher: dont say that, why do you do this so often
her: the SPED told me to say it so you should yell at him (says *jackass* under breath and teacher hears)
she gets sent to office

2018-12-08 01:37:16 UTC

i felt like i was the only one in the room who know what the word means as there were alot of confused people

2018-12-08 01:37:47 UTC

(SPED is a slur agianst sepcial education people btw)

2018-12-08 01:39:09 UTC

Well the way you describe her it's possible she could get expelled on her own. But beyond talking to a teacher, what other action do you think you should take rn?

Is SPED the name of the help students receive when they are deemed to need extra because of learning difficulties

2018-12-08 01:39:36 UTC

yea it is.

2018-12-08 01:40:02 UTC

its note worthy thay the teachers may see this stuff as she is very loud to me

2018-12-08 01:40:50 UTC

and once when she made a threat the math teacher (we were in math class) looked at us and we both sit next to the teachers desk

2018-12-08 01:41:19 UTC

though he zones sometimes

2018-12-08 01:41:36 UTC

thats why i dont reallly notice or think of that much

2018-12-08 01:42:32 UTC

Your teachers are (or should be) committed to giving their students a positive learning environment. Clearly she is interfering with that and especially making you uncomfortable you with threats. Trying to get them to take action is the first thing to do. If they don't, or don't seem to doing enough, then that's when it should be taken higher, mate

2018-12-08 01:42:35 UTC

aside from that, i wonder if teachers have caught her beating students (assuming shes telling the truth about that)

2018-12-08 01:43:06 UTC

i also wonder if her being new has anything todo with this

2018-12-08 01:43:39 UTC

If she was transferred from another school she may well have been expelled for exactly this behaviour

2018-12-08 01:44:31 UTC

in other news,

2018-12-08 01:45:04 UTC

i wonder how much of a inpact anxiety and crap has had on my childhood

2018-12-08 01:45:59 UTC

Try not to let it mate is the only thing I can say. There's no way to tell rn

2018-12-08 01:46:06 UTC

ive also been bullied often sense 3rd grade and havent had many friends until 9th grade (this year)

2018-12-08 01:46:28 UTC

when i did have friends there all female 99% of the time

2018-12-08 01:47:54 UTC

though im happy my social skills or whatever, has improved because i like having a friend group, there good people

2018-12-08 01:50:10 UTC

Having female friends isn't a bad thing, that they are people you get along with is what matters

2018-12-08 01:51:27 UTC

its difficult to talk to dudes because they have been the issues at school for the most of my life (nearly drving me to suicide in 6th and 7th grade) I dont feel like that anymore

2018-12-08 01:52:33 UTC

telling someone that was hard to

2018-12-08 01:53:03 UTC

Girls tend to bully people in different ways, by cutting them off, ignoring them, or looking down on them, sometimes using social media. Guys are more likely to be physically violent

2018-12-08 01:54:12 UTC

Of course those are just generalities... And in general, high school can be a really crappy place to be

2018-12-08 01:54:28 UTC

they have said they do it because i hang around girls mostly and have autism and i behave and think to "feminime"

2018-12-08 01:57:02 UTC

Doesn't matter why they do it mate, doesn't make them not shitty people for doing it. I know that doesn't really help, but you should be free to associate with whoever you want
