@James Men are not more reasonable when feminist, quite the opposite. People like Crouch mentioned in Cassie's raw files that he wouldn't talk to the men because they'd defend woman's honor and deny blatant facts about human nature manifesting itself in women.
especially when it came to domestic violence
Men often don't think rationally when it comes to protecting/benefitting women, unfortunately
Excluding the willingness to appease women, there may be some truth in men being on average more reasonable, even though I'm fairly sure James was joking
well, I mean the tongue was firmly out, haha
but I did want to take that part seriously, because I thought the joke was referring to what you said
@asparkofpyrokravte Well, Feminists are very judgemental.
I'm probably more judgemental than most feminists by far though
IDK about that. You seem far more reasonable.
Well I don't see reasonableness and judgementalness as being opposite I guess? If someone is doing something wrong, even if I don't vocalize an objection, there is definitely a judgement there
The trick is riding the moral high horse while simultaniously not holding grudges
@asparkofpyrokravte huh, I think you tagged the wrong person.
Oh, shit
I did tag the wrong james
Haha, no worries. It used to happen to me all the time
Woah we have two? xD
@asparkofpyrokravte it was a joke
Haha. Sorry I should have /s tagged it instead of the ;P
hey
Hahaha. Good cover.
no i latterly hit the g instead of the h
Hello. Is there a concensus in the MRM about the guilt or innocence of Bill Cosby?
My theory has beenostly that he's innocent
But it's mostly due to the reasoning that I don't think he would have to drug young aspiring actresses to get them in bed
And also remember during the sale witch trials, many people came forward with accusations of witchcraft against people
A high number of accusations doesn't make one guilty
I'm not sure if thats a healthy debate
since he was convicted and sentenced
its kinda no longer the court of public opinion, but the court of law
It's still a matter of opinion. I don't mean guilty in that a judge or jury found him guilty I'm using it in the more common usage whereby it means "did he do it"
But if you don't want to discuss it by all means, don't.
fair enough
There was an article about him in my news feed today
I honestly don't know much about the case. But my view is always that someone is innocent until proven guilty in court
I do also have the opinion that giving someone money to 'shut up and go away' in some cases can't be indicative of guilt either
But idk if that happened that time or not
I feel.bad for.him. but he is tough.
I meam imangine getting life in prison for something that allegedly happened decades ago
