well there is a form of uber driving around here that seems interesting, its basically a food delivery service

so you drive to a restaurant/diner, pick up their food, and deliver it to them

I think they underestimate the cost of keeping a car running all day and the cost of the ai etc

Drivers really don't make much profit. It's more about immediate cash flow.
