People will see a logical and reasonable statement that goes along with their own observations

All and all I think we have an excellent subreddit. I like how we stay non political to

No one taunt @davidhencke on Twitter.

tbh the only time MRM will ever become accepted is if it becomes useful for the people in power to pursue

2018-12-19 20:37:56 UTC

which - since their income and their jobs are directly based on the current narrative

2018-12-19 20:37:59 UTC

aint happenin', chief

This may well be the Red Pill Movie for Divorce. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCnO-wMgQY1cKnAgqGR4JYCA

Basically, this guy contacted me over Twitter. What I've seen on his account so far seems very legitimate , though he only has four videos.

2018-12-19 20:40:41 UTC

Tell me what you think.

2018-12-19 20:41:14 UTC

I think those in power react to social trends. They couldn’t ignore us if we groto a certain point

2018-12-19 20:41:35 UTC

but the issue is that - in the information age, and in every time period before that

2018-12-19 20:41:41 UTC

It’s all about branding; politics to, think about campaign slogans and signs

2018-12-19 20:41:47 UTC

the spread of ideas has always been mostly reliant on those in power

2018-12-19 20:42:22 UTC

mind you, generally speaking "anti-establishment" ideas spread farther, but ideas of slight reform just generally don't without government support

2018-12-19 20:42:38 UTC

and i don't think any government has any reason to want to guarantee equal rights between the sexes

2018-12-19 20:42:43 UTC

imo women have always been the more privileged class

2018-12-19 20:43:37 UTC

also, @Men Are Human , if you've seen their website, looks pretty damn legit

2018-12-20 03:09:52 UTC

Something I find very annoying is that if you google “circumcision sensitivity”, the top results are mostly that BS study from that Canadian feminist. She was blatantly misleading to present it as if it doesn’t cause any loss of sensivity

2018-12-20 03:10:29 UTC

It’s the most awkward MR topic but could actually be a very quick way to wake people up

2018-12-20 09:02:27 UTC

@blueorange22 I'm writing an article on circumcision. Do you want to add in a bit about the study?

2018-12-20 09:02:57 UTC

Shouldn't be hard to debunk - what would she even know about having a circumcised penis?

2018-12-20 11:10:35 UTC

Yeah I was thinking of doing that

2018-12-20 11:10:56 UTC

Makiing it a reddit post.

2018-12-20 11:43:49 UTC

I have possibly enough info for two articles on it currently.

2018-12-20 11:44:26 UTC

Or one huge FAQ

2018-12-20 11:47:23 UTC

When I search reddit and browse by recent threads it’s the one topic people are firmly pro-MRA on. Even some pro SJW subs are divided

2018-12-20 11:47:42 UTC

We just have to package the presentation the right way

2018-12-20 11:49:40 UTC

Funnily enough though, even some people who call themselves MRA don't recognise the practice as harmful, and often say things like 'I had it done and I'm happy about it'. So it's not only contentious among feminist types, but to some degree within the MRM as well.

2018-12-20 11:55:00 UTC

I don't really know how to bring those types around, most don't seem to listen in the circumcision threads I've seen

2018-12-20 11:55:10 UTC

I see that to. I don’t like talking about it but I hate that when I see it

2018-12-20 11:56:10 UTC

I think the best way is to talk about the anatomy of the removed tissue; the frenulum, the Melisandre corpuscles, etc. direct biology based arguments. Someone might not care if they don’t think there’s any adverse affect

2018-12-20 11:56:25 UTC

Meissners*

2018-12-20 11:58:23 UTC

I've seen people mention that the foreskin contains thousands of nerve ends conductive to pleasure, they respond with something like 'lol I enjoy sex just fine thank you' -_- which misses the point entirely that it's still not what they would have, but it's what they reply with

2018-12-20 11:59:50 UTC

An insecurity with their own bodies probably prevents them listening to logic

2018-12-20 12:00:30 UTC

And denial, they don’t want to believe it

2018-12-20 12:05:59 UTC

Yeah, because if they do then their parents and doctors abused them

2018-12-20 12:06:37 UTC

And a lot of parents and doctors don’t even really know better. It’s what they’ve always known

2018-12-20 12:12:28 UTC

Yep

2018-12-20 12:13:39 UTC

I'm sure I remember a few stories of nurses or doctors that performed them being horrified and the screaming of the babies really got to them. Things like that are really good publicity

2018-12-20 12:14:06 UTC

We need to find some and get them to tell their stories
