2019-02-21 14:03:32 UTC

Aww.

2019-02-21 14:05:39 UTC

There's a very friendly cat near me called Ginger. She's lovely, but good luck walking down that road without stopping for ten minutes. Lol

2019-02-21 14:06:04 UTC

Adopt it ^^

2019-02-21 14:06:24 UTC

I saw one wandering by my house a few weeks ago as well.

2019-02-21 14:06:29 UTC

Lol. Her owners would be upset I think. XD

2019-02-21 14:07:06 UTC

There's another ginger who comes and peeps in my window sometimes. That one is scardie though.

2019-02-21 14:10:15 UTC

Oh >.< maybe that one is a stray? They can be more cautious, I know the first cat I had was very like that, I was only little and we had a sliding door leading to the back garden, and when he finally came inside it instead of up to it, and decided to come onto the couch with me, it seemed so awesome because it took him so long to be comfortable enough to do

2019-02-21 14:29:33 UTC

Oh no, I know where they're both from. Don't worry. The one who peeps is just shy.

2019-02-21 14:30:42 UTC

That's a cute story though. I could earn their trust, but it would be a lot of work. XD

Hi all

2019-02-21 17:04:26 UTC

Hi Drew.

2019-02-21 17:37:29 UTC

How's it going

2019-02-21 17:37:31 UTC

?

2019-02-21 23:46:36 UTC

My US friend is telling me that their data was shut off for streaming YouTube? Says it was made illegal last year because too many people were doing it and it shut down in some areas?

Anyone know if their carrier is telling the truth about that?

2019-02-22 01:21:59 UTC

Say what

2019-02-22 01:22:13 UTC

You mean he was watching YouTube?

2019-02-22 01:22:36 UTC

And they said its illegal to watch YouTube now?

2019-02-22 01:23:41 UTC

His ISP needs to mind it's own business.and not monitor what its customers are doing.

2019-02-22 01:24:54 UTC

I can't even imagine an ISP saying that to someone

2019-02-22 01:25:04 UTC

Your friend may be joshing you

2019-02-22 01:40:33 UTC

If you mean streaming himself play, the isp might have some rules about it, but in no way is it illegal

2019-02-22 01:40:56 UTC

In fact I believe it is illegal for an isp to monitor and tell what their users can and cannot do

2019-02-22 01:59:01 UTC

ya'll are crazy, last year the US revoked net neutrality so thats exactly what ISPs can do

2019-02-22 01:59:07 UTC

we've been fighting to get those rights back

2019-02-22 01:59:15 UTC

internet users in the US have zero rights right now

2019-02-22 02:00:29 UTC

if his ISP has made a deal with a competing streaming service (like Amazon or Netflix) then they can heavily modify or even shut off service to competing services

2019-02-22 02:00:45 UTC

its one of the primary complaints against ISPs in the US

2019-02-22 02:22:59 UTC

Right but it isn't illegal

2019-02-22 02:23:17 UTC

I agree with you an json has the right to monitor what users do on their network

2019-02-22 02:23:22 UTC

But they shouldn't
