Maybe next I'll start thinking association is a strange word. You know how suddenly sometimes you can see a certain word, and somehow it just doesn't belong in the English language anymore. Strange feeling.

My US friend is telling me that their data was shut off for streaming YouTube? Says it was made illegal last year because too many people were doing it and it shut down in some areas?

Anyone know if their carrier is telling the truth about that?

If you mean streaming himself play, the isp might have some rules about it, but in no way is it illegal

In fact I believe it is illegal for an isp to monitor and tell what their users can and cannot do
