I need to draft a rule page for the staff later. But it can basically be summed up with:

Don't be too strict, at least not until we grow. Rules should be applied more leniently when the server is small.
And don't kick lefties unless they get too annoying, at least not *yet*. Especially don't kick left wing nationalists, because they are officially allowed here
