if Hitler wasn't a brainlet, he would've stopped following the conquest of Poland, France, Benelux countries and Balkans; he would have consolidated defences, he would've built up industry and probably would have focused solely on taking down Britain.

The events of 1941 and 1942 would've never happened, Britain would've yielded eventually, and if he wouldn't have declared war on US when he did perhaps he would've had the Reich for a very long time indeed.
