Throwing money at other countries doesn't necessarily make sense, except for Saudis due to their oil and very close relationship with U.S government which has earned them **the largest ever series of arms deals in US history** - not Israel, but Saudis. the same Saudis which spend 3 billion USD every year to do islamic, salafist propaganda (compare with USSR that only spent 1 billion USD annually on propaganda)
