@Bee obviously the workers utilising soviets/councils to self-manage the public affair in the total absence of business/corporate/capitalist class

2018-12-25 04:36:02 UTC

what if its a small business

2018-12-25 04:36:09 UTC

i wouldn't consider them elite

2018-12-25 04:36:22 UTC

nothing that worker-coops can't do as well. petty bourgeois business is meaningless, obsolete.

2018-12-25 04:37:19 UTC

i only consider petty bourgeois as trust fund kids and upper middle class

2018-12-25 04:37:36 UTC

there's no need to retain petty bourgeois forms of property

2018-12-25 04:37:50 UTC

we can directly transition to public, cooperative and personal property

2018-12-25 04:38:48 UTC

can a family still have personal private land that they're had for generations or nah
i feel like people would work their own land and would have more pride working on it if they knew it was theirs, etc

2018-12-25 04:38:59 UTC

same with any other small business

2018-12-25 04:39:08 UTC

corporate can get fucked tho

2018-12-25 04:39:27 UTC

I think the whole issue of the land is sentimental at best. As long as there is housing, and the housing distributed is *yours and cannot be taken away,* that is good enough.

2018-12-25 04:39:59 UTC

why should that housing be then used to cultivate capital?

2018-12-25 04:40:00 UTC

why?

2018-12-25 04:40:08 UTC

it doesn't make sense from a *true anti-capitalist position*

2018-12-25 04:40:14 UTC

which 3rd position doesn't in fact maintain

2018-12-25 04:40:27 UTC

wait what are you arguing lol

2018-12-25 04:40:46 UTC

You are saying that the people should be allowed land for petty bourgeois farming right? Working the land and stuff?

2018-12-25 04:41:26 UTC

i think smaller firms should be encouraged and be able to compete with the coporation, with state oversight

2018-12-25 04:41:30 UTC

of the corp

2018-12-25 04:41:35 UTC

Farming can be done by cooperative farms (kolkhoz) and state/council farms (sovkhoz) - this should be sufficient to meet the food consumption demand of the people and avoid capital accumulation.

2018-12-25 04:41:55 UTC

I mean

2018-12-25 04:41:59 UTC

yeah but that's not anti-capitalism

2018-12-25 04:42:03 UTC

I hope you understand that πŸ˜„

2018-12-25 04:42:19 UTC

that's just capital-skepticism

2018-12-25 04:42:25 UTC

3rd position is *capital skeptical*

2018-12-25 04:42:27 UTC

its not anti-capitalist

2018-12-25 04:42:59 UTC

but here's the thing, it just depends who controls the capital, right? you can use that capital for better tools, pay, conditions, better shit, more projects etc

2018-12-25 04:43:09 UTC

farming is anti capitalism

2018-12-25 04:43:17 UTC

agrarianism is based

2018-12-25 04:43:22 UTC

Capital isn't controlled, not really. It is used by capitalists, but it plays the capitalist perhaps more than does the capitalist play capital

2018-12-25 04:43:29 UTC

Fellas

2018-12-25 04:43:31 UTC
