Yes, the species is irreducible basis of all human beings, and set limits to the reproductive activity of human beings (the purpose of life [for Snake: *passing on your genes*]). Because of this shared species essence, the species is the ultimate framework for any lifeform on Earth and thus should also serve as the social foundation for politics; the interest of the species, the well-being of the members of the species, etc.

Race influences because the sense of species, that influences the culture, so, influences behavior, but not as much as class, which is our state within the current society

Racial and Class differences can to a huge extent be overcome through building Cultural Bonds and a Shared Spirituality.

Looking at things from the Human point of view rather than some tribe is probably the correct level of analysis.

Again, it doesn't matter; we can easily improve the intelligence and creativity capabilities of any given individual with various techniques designed to enhance neurochemical activity. Again, about 15-20 years away if the predictions of various people working the field are to be believed. Biotech is one of the most rapidly growing fields of science today - its capital value is increasing four-fould every six months. This is immense potential that I think will very plainly lead to the kind of technologies we are discussing, particularly because there's *tremendous demand for such technologies to exist* - on the part of governments, capital owners, investors, etc. etc. It will be done, and the number of studies put out worldwide that give new details of the functioning and emergence of intelligence in humans is tremendous, mind-boggling, and increases at - not exponential - but considerable rate.
