I used to have prescription but slowly dropped off it and productivity hasn’t gone down
But yeah that shit keeps you up for days so it’s a slow process to adjust away from it

Id you got a decent handle on tech and work a low traffic IT position + remote work it ain’t uncommon to see nearly 70/hr
