Used to take Adderall. I would take it at 12pm and wouldnt be able to go to sleep until 7 or 8 the next morning. I was tired and I could feel my heart beating it was a shit feeling

Ive been debating going back on it. but doing 5g instead of 20g

I used to have prescription but slowly dropped off it and productivity hasn’t gone down

But yeah that shit keeps you up for days so it’s a slow process to adjust away from it

When I first started taking it wore off quickly
