Thing is, there is one character I like from the sequels, and it's Terex, a former Imperial turned crimelord, who aids the First Order, and tbh the whole FO should've been like that. A Remnent working in secret.

Basically I'd keep the FO mostly the same but make them like the Enclave from Fallout.
