Weird, this poor area, full of low IQ poor people, has low IQ kids who do bad in school...

Part of the problem is people thinking who they are and where/when they are born are "arbitrary". There is literally only one set of circumstances in the entire universe that could have lead to "you" existing. Your existence is literally the opposite of arbitrary.

People being individuals doesn't change anything about the groups, and yes you should try to judge each person on their own merits... but lets not pretend like some groups might have some demerits you'd rather not encounter....

Societies are built by groups not individuals. So political philosophy really has nothing to do with individual people.
