@ProfQ Per your post about Snowden yesterday, if that is true that those 3 are related and those are their real names, that would explain how Snowden was able to travel. Possibly because the passport that was flagged was under the name Snowden. But with the vast availability of knowledge about everyone, how could those guys hide the fact that they were related? And how has it not been brought to light yet?

FWIW, I interpret this - +29 (16) - as meaning 45 lesser involved criminals, 29 being felonies and 16 being lesser crimes.
