I know tons of what I blather
no processed foods
Agreed but my mother has cut out meat, rarely has dairy eats healthy and still suffers, has inflammation and neurological issues.
i mean, she has to be very strict with her diet
Right
sometimes damage cannot be undone, but it's still the best approach to overall health, whether to prevent or reverse. Proteins are denatured by acidic pH, and that's what meat and dairy does (among many other things) in our body. I could talk for hours about this, RN, studied it at length and also made studies of my patients as well (no double blind of course, lol)
I’m just saying going vegan isn’t going to be the cure for everyone
no processed foods, no soda, no corn syrup foods
If we don’t know that by now we are in trouble
its never to late to change
stop letting big pharma kill you
listen to your body
@Deleted User I agree we eat too much that can/does add to our risks, but the bigger problem is what's put into our foods
Who’s letting big pharma kill them here? I hope no one.
and that's exactly another good reason not to eat animal products because you can get toxins out of plants much easier than out of animal products
start shopping from the vegetable area
just do it
you can start slow like i did
I found it easier to go cold turkey lol. Made a pact with the daughter for moral support and shopping.
He is first in a lot of peeps, so their disinfo agent send people to further awakening lol
ikr @Deleted User
I read an article about a year ago on this and it's true, even snoops admitted to it
i went vegan for one month then went vegetarian
i cut out all soda
only drink water and tea and sometimes coffee
I don't miss soda, dont' miss meat, still have cheese cravings now and then, but use vegan cheese (but it's not the same). cheese has a morphine derivative in it, so no wonder, lol
oh and in the summer and spring time i make home made lemonaide
stay away from soy products, its gmo
you can find lots of soy that is not gmo supposedly.
but things get spread in the wind you know.
soy is lab created
not good for you
same with corn, it's pretty much all gmo, but you can find non-gmo corn, kernels look different
all wheat is gmo
i dont eat corn
it doesnt have any nutrients
corn causes a bit of a glycemic spike, does offer calories, not much more
