I think that’s why my mom suffers too. Or perhaps this “fibromyalgia” mystery illness is a made up term to put the blame on. I hope when this darkness fades, healing will begin.

Ok, I'll go on my vegan rant now, lol. US consumes way too much dairy and meat, and our bodies are showing it with the exponential rise in inflammatory disease, whether that's MS, fibromyalgia, diabetes, atherosclerosis, alzheimers, etc. Best thing you can do for your health is drop the meat and dairy, whole food plant based, prevents lots of problems, and can correct a lot as well. Only thing proven so far to actually REVERSE atherosclerosis, and there are many first hand accounts of reversing many other things. Slaughter houses are built on ley line intersections, but I digress.

stop drinking soda and cut out all sugars

2018-02-20 05:00:13 UTC

lol, paxie you're dead wrong and know not of what you blather

2018-02-20 05:00:22 UTC

I know tons of what I blather

2018-02-20 05:00:28 UTC

no processed foods

2018-02-20 05:00:55 UTC

Agreed but my mother has cut out meat, rarely has dairy eats healthy and still suffers, has inflammation and neurological issues.

2018-02-20 05:01:32 UTC

i mean, she has to be very strict with her diet

2018-02-20 05:01:37 UTC

Right

2018-02-20 05:02:20 UTC

sometimes damage cannot be undone, but it's still the best approach to overall health, whether to prevent or reverse. Proteins are denatured by acidic pH, and that's what meat and dairy does (among many other things) in our body. I could talk for hours about this, RN, studied it at length and also made studies of my patients as well (no double blind of course, lol)

2018-02-20 05:02:22 UTC

I’m just saying going vegan isn’t going to be the cure for everyone

2018-02-20 05:02:29 UTC

no processed foods, no soda, no corn syrup foods

2018-02-20 05:02:49 UTC

If we don’t know that by now we are in trouble

2018-02-20 05:03:08 UTC

its never to late to change

2018-02-20 05:03:27 UTC

stop letting big pharma kill you

2018-02-20 05:03:37 UTC

listen to your body

2018-02-20 05:03:45 UTC

@Deleted User I agree we eat too much that can/does add to our risks, but the bigger problem is what's put into our foods

2018-02-20 05:04:06 UTC

Who’s letting big pharma kill them here? I hope no one.

2018-02-20 05:04:07 UTC

@Crystal that is soo true

2018-02-20 05:04:22 UTC

and that's exactly another good reason not to eat animal products because you can get toxins out of plants much easier than out of animal products

2018-02-20 05:04:52 UTC

start shopping from the vegetable area

2018-02-20 05:04:55 UTC

2018-02-20 05:07:20 UTC

I don't miss soda, dont' miss meat, still have cheese cravings now and then, but use vegan cheese (but it's not the same). cheese has a morphine derivative in it, so no wonder, lol
