Dustin can you recommend software for these people to download video's?

I have a purchased one.

It's called Wondershare Converter

i use wondershare too. But others recommend camtasia

which has a free option that is apparently great

keepvid is a website that lets you download videos, you shouldn't need to edit them/please do not edit my videos
