Is it like... Actually worth doing cause it seems to be mentioned in a negative light often
I say it is I dont do a back or shoulder routine without including it
I always thought it was some joke instead of a real exercise
The meme is he wants you to do a fuck ton of them I think havent finished his video on it
who mentions it in a negative light
he only wants 1x15 at the end of every exercise
But the meme is you cant do to many
I thought
potion making skills drom rpg's paying off
>trenbolone
you dont even really need anything else there other than protein and water lmao
SUPER MALE VITALITY
Anyone into Martial Arts or Combat Sports?
If yes can you answer a few questions I have about boxing and form.
im into it but i dont know shit about form
just ask it anyways
Well my first question is about handwraps
Are there any good videos on how to properly wrap your own hands
My second question is about which stance should I focus on
I'm 5'7 and 144lbs
22 on BMI scale
I should be asking this to that runs the program at the gym but I don't want to go in there without knowing the basics
There isn't really one perfect way to do wraps it just has to be tight enough to protect your knuckles and feel comfortable on your hands
I wrap mine like this
Ok thank you bro!
As for stance you can probably learn that at your gym I do college boxing and nobody was expected to know stance at the beginning
Thanks alot dude, like seriously you helped me alot
No problem man
i mean i think the fundamentals of any MMA stance is keep one foot in the front of the other, dont stand completely straight, keep your hands up and keep the same side hand as your foot in front of the other hand, chin slightly down to increase FOV a little
