Question- just had an alert from Emergency Broadcast system. Says in effect till 11:08am- east coast. Has anyone ever noticed in effect till a certain time?

Mod squad I’m just outside Philadelphia. It was odd because it said this is an emergency broadcast system alert. This alert will stay into effect until 11:08am. I’ve never seen that type of alert. Usually it says it’s a test dadada. The broadcasters in your area .....

I think most people in general ignore these alerts. This one was not what is usually said

I think maybe I’m over reacting but thought it was strange considering everything else that’s happening
