keto diet and replace 1 (2 if you're super motivated) meals a day with a raw green smoothie

the problem with eating fresh veggies is we don't chew enough to really break down the green cell walls of chlorophyll. Our stomach does a very poor job of breaking it down if we don't chew it enough

i got a list, including salt for minerals, (celtic is best, pink is good, sea is good) and a little mustard seed (selenium, spicy in small quantities though)

a few various nuts, some coconut sometimes
a little fruit, mostly apples (or berries when I have em)
and leafy greens. kale, chards, spinaches, broccoli works

@Maga gal I believe there is source “prime creator “ “god” that infuses the universes .. there are legends and truths in biblical theories .. and also in all histories on the planet.. you can see a common thread .. but believing in your core belief whatever it is keeps us strong. Opening up to the possibility of the fact you weren’t given all the truths gives you the opportunity to grow and seek further
