That's a good question. There was an official that visited Kenya not too long ago. From the Trump Administration. And after that visit the two opposing faction leaders in Kenya came together and made a statement saying that no one man would be put ahead of the Safety and Security of Kenya. I'm paraphrasing there as I don't remember the exact words but it was in theory that statement was saying they would not Grant Asylum to someone like a barry putting the country at risk.
