Some states are similar here. in Cali you just need what is called a firearms saftey card (Kind of like a Firearms lic) that you take a short test you have to pass to get. Each firearm you purchase requires a background check. in Cali its a 10 day waiting period + any fees (those fees have been a point of legal tension)

@Desimated I ended up seeing those tweets earlier. He was pissed today. I can't tell who's side he is on but I can tell you that if he is on our side he definitely put a Target on his back. It's possible that he is only been acting for the Deep State under duress and possibly threat for his family.
