doesn't really take that much effort to convert fentanyl to carfentanil

fentanyl is like 100x stronger than opium

carfentanil is 5000x stronger than opium

and can be weaponized in aerosol form

only takes 0.1gram of carfentanil to kill an elephant

and with all these reports over the past 1.5yrs of fentanyl seizures
