regarding Snowden, I did see one explanation that he was being compared to being in the same situation as Barlow- in the way but not targeted by Q. I am not familiar with this subject at all. Personally, I don't like commenting unless I can verify what I am saying. I don't want to give out incorrect information if I can help it.
