Re: Presidential Alert - Since most of our cell and smart phones are made in China, could this be one of the reasons why we had the Presidential Emergency Alert? Could the Chinese spyware be causing interference thanks to HRC? Older phones did not work and other people did not receive the Emergency Alert, but others heard it over the radio, so it was not only delivered via cell.
