Let me start with one VERY important fact that the activists will totally obliterate: THIS WAS A DRILL. You will note this article actually concludes with a remark about the child being left in danger. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. It was a drill. A problem in emergency procedures was discovered BEFORE there was an actual emergency. It is the whole point of HAVING a drill.
