there is a reason why we have such a deficiency of almost everything.

I try not to eat fast food, but do sometimes when out working and starving, usually stick to Schlotzkys and smoke house bar b q without the sause and snack on nuts and fruit eat home made yogurt but they've had a long time to poison me with all kinds of stuff not to mention the rain of chems on a daily basis

i think that's okay, its all about nutrition, if you are getting what you need when you dont have moments of weakness then it wont be as destructive to you... its those who gorge on it that are lost.

Sounds great! I don't have any advice having not gone to any rallies, although it may be wise to bring plenty of snacks for the kids while in line since I hear the wait is hours an hours usually.. maybe not so long in MT though?

@shieldOFaith thankfully our kids are well behaved (good nature plus they know we won’t tolerate bad behavior). Little guy has a cold and told me he’d take “anything” I ask to feel better to go. We will see 🙏🏼 But it’s suck a once in a lifetime that we will probably bring him.
