There are going to be Deep state on both sides of the aisle. Chances are the Republican ones are going to be exposed first because it works to the Dems advantage to promote that narrative. My point is simply that the majority of news is controlled by the deep state. Therefore most "news" is going to promote their narrative. Regarding whether the laws are good or bad(I assume there are both), I don't have the expertise nor the background research to say. If they operate outside the law, they lose the high ground.
