regardless of any 'limitations' on the funding bill

if the limitations are a threat to national security as the potus sees it as, then the potus has the authority to override such limitations to see that national security is achieved

The presidents job is to protect the constitution.

sc job is to protect the constitution and bill of rights

any court district that tries to override the potus' position on the subject is in violation of the constitution and subject to sc over ruling if the case may be

if the potus is wrong, then the sc can rule on that fact...but so far they haven't

they need to start teaching civics in school again....i heard they plan to do it next yr in alot of schools hs level

most of them will have the course so mandatory, u have to pass it to graduate

i think when it's time to do the final deprogramming of the left, we make them take courses in civics while being treated for tds
