aren't they different animals?
Probably just puts me in a sour mood because I remember the watchmen fight from the opening of 2033 being pretty impactful

Lemme check the wiki
wait these are the pack animals?
oh so then they might have fucked it up
Yeah, they're the pack animal on the surface
Wiki confirms they're the same
damn
Weird that they'd have the same design for both 2033 and last light, but decide "lmao give them bug eyes" for Exodus
yeah
I personally didn't like how they basically tried to make a scripted Stalker out of it
not really that open world to be regarded to be a rip off
but it's really similar to me in a way
It lost the Closequarter feel that the old games had
the post apo atmosphere is strong but not how the old games had it
also I fucking loved the ending
shit was awesome
Atmosphere in the first two games was pretty solid
yeah
but when you go to the desert or the forest it's way different
it just feels more like Far Cry or Mad Max
And the *struggle for ammo* is just weird
even if you play it one the hardest difficulty it's quite easy to have enough ammo for most of your shenanigans
the stealth is just another rip off from skyrim
or at least the same system
I'll have to see how it goes once I leave Moscow. Post apocalypse vibes are always great, hopefully it still turns out okay
yeah
but it will feel more like an empty stalker
they should have added much more mutants
to have them running around and hunting each other
it's just empty

expectations lowered
Like I said they should have stayed at the linear type of gameplay
it fit the game the most
to be fair the parts of the story are really good and the mission in Novosibirsk is absolute fucking gold
I just feel they should have stayed in the Metro
>Ah yes, a game called metro that doesn't take place in the metro
Like a game titled 'space', but takes place under the ocean or some shit
