@ihatetrainyards you should go play it, download the Call of Chernobyl mod, it was so large they just made it into a singular game so it's free

download for it Arsenal Overhaul, Autumn Winds, DoctorX questlines, DoctorX faction relations, damage modifier and a consumables overhaul

shit that can make the game really good without turning it dogshit

also the doctorx questlines gives you the brain scorcher turned on

so you can't just go to radar

the AO will not make all the guns not look like shit and give you quite a few new ones with new ammo types

so you don't just have the basic shit

because let's face it having 6 or so ammo types is just plain impractical for a post apo-style game

with survival elements

play it for some time and you'll see how fun it really is

i have barely played it because everytime i have attempted to play it there is a terrible mouse acceleration and to make things worse there is a terrible input lag making aiming absolutely impossible

the game requires a pentium 4, and i played shadow of chernobyl and call of pripyat, both had terrible input lag and mouse acceleration but the performance was over 60fps

and the controls setting menu had nothing that could cause any of the following

maybe a problem with DirectX

try different ones

also download call of chernobyl

it might actually have that fixed
