Officially, there are 17.5k infected, and 362 deaths. 536 'recovered' patients.
Unofficially, probably in the hundreds of thousands. China only counts cases that were absolutely confirmed. So people dying from pneumonia or other symptoms, but not tested positive due to the long testing wait times, are not counted.
Scientists estimate 75k infected as of jan 25, with a doubling rate of every 6 days. Given the math, on the first of Feb, it'd be about 150k, and on the 6th, it'd be about 300k
I'm not sure how quarantines and travel restrictions have impacted these numbers
