i'm not allowed near the car engines
last time i worked on something, i re-engineered it so it worked better with less parts
Opps meant girls
I used to be able to fix anything in the house. No more. However now I have a son in law and he can fix even more than I ever could.
Maybe a class at the JC for basic auto
🙌🏻 that’s how it’s done Steve!!!! Maybe I’ll get lucky too
plenty of engines in my basement...
He lives in the house so easy.
Thankfully my contractor is a friend and likes Budweiser.
i used to train neighbors how to fix up their homes instead of them just paying me to do it all by myself
I can still fix walls and even build them. But washer machines and the car. No more.
Don’t enjoy that Steve?
I do. Always have.
You’d be a great neighbor @SirW00f I’d send over cookies and carnitas for you to teach my boys!
I built my bedroom at age 14. Only child with a bedroom of their own out of six children.
Good parenting
Not fun really. My dad was so sick. He got me started. I would of rather he was not so sick of course.
parents said - if u can't afford it, get a job...if u can't get a job learn how to build it
My oldest boy is a carpenter in the true sense on the word....build furniture etc. but cars, nope.
I did love having my own bedroom.
mary...does he buy his tools or learn how to repair them and fix them
Who? Husband
if he learned how to build and repair his tools...then he can learn how to fix the car
the son
Ahhhh...
He could fix the car. Her husband. He just won't do it.
He works in a shop
Well, was mentored for years by talented guys
Still works for them but house painter moreso
Steadier work
i used to clean rooms that would put the efforts of real house painters to shame
not anymore....nobody seems to want to go to such extremes anymore
not even me
Cleanliness is next to godliness
✨
ya but toxic cleaning is next to the devil
I love cleaning
As in, it’s my jam
i later switched to borax
way safer than any toxic cleaner
